  First off I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick
  question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
  I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your
  mind before writing. I've had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
  
  I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to
  15 minutes are lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?

  With havin so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagorism or copyright violation? My website has
  a lot of exclusive content I've either written myself or outsourced
  but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my
  permission. Do you know any techniques to help prevent content from being ripped off?

  Today, I went to the beach with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my
  4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
  There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never
  wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell
  someone!
